Privacy Policy

Effective June 11, 2026

Path of Trader (pathoftrader.com) is a trade ledger for the Path of Exile 2 currency exchange. This page explains what information the site handles when you use it, and how that information is used. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

Path of Trader has no user accounts and no registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the site.

The trades, capital snapshots, and settings you enter stay in your browser's local storage, on your own device. This data is never sent to or stored on our servers, so we cannot see your ledger. It stays under your control and is removed whenever you clear your browser's storage for this site.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare (our content delivery and security provider) keep standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These logs are used only to operate and secure the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic (page views, referrers, country, and browser type). It is cookie-free: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.

As noted above, the site uses your browser's local storage to keep your trades, capital snapshots, and settings on your device. This information stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

Third-party advertising partners may set cookies in your browser, as described below.

We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. As a result of ad serving, these third parties may also place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or IP addresses to collect information.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info/choices. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Market prices shown on the site come from poe2scout.com. No personal information is sent to poe2scout — our server fetches public market data on its own.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share personal information with third parties, except as described above (advertising partners and infrastructure providers) or where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. Because your trades and settings live only in your browser and never reach our servers, you can view or delete all of it yourself at any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site — there is nothing on our side to look up. If you have any concern or request, email us at [email protected] and we will help.

Some US states — including California, and others such as Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia — give residents specific rights: to know what personal information is collected, to access, delete, or correct it, to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.

Because your trades, capital snapshots, and settings stay on your device and never reach our servers, the only personal information we handle is standard server-log data (such as your IP address) and, where ads are shown, information our advertising partners collect through cookies. We do not sell your personal information for money. When personalized ads are displayed, the use of advertising cookies may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws.

When ads are displayed, you can opt out through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control in our consent message, and we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). You may also use the advertising opt-outs listed above. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a question, email us at [email protected].

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
